Sands Beach Seafront Villa II in Costa Teguise

Sands Beach is one of the only holiday complexes on Lanzarote that has its own private lagoon and beach. The accommodation is spaciously laid out so that each apartment and villa is located on a plaza with its own swimming pool, whilst the lagoon and beach lie to the front of the resort, where guests can also access the public beach at Los Charcos in Costa Teguise. With a multitude of onsite facilities that include a gymnasium and wellness centre, restaurants and bars, there is plenty to do within a short stroll of your accommodation.

The two bedroom seafront apartments look out over the lagoon and are arranged over two storeys, giving a great deal of private space to relax in. On the upper floor, guests can enjoy their own double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, private sun-bathing terrace to the rear of the property and a private mezzanine lounge area, reached by stairs up from the ground floor. The lower floor is laid out with a second bedroom to the back, next to an en-suite bathroom, the fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room that opens out onto the sun terrace at the front.

Each apartment is bright and airy, comfortably furnished and provides the ideal accommodation, whether you wish to have a self-catering holiday or full board. There are many additional services on offer, such as baby-sitting, internet access, laundry, tennis courts and a games room.
