Villa Emma in Costa Teguise
Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac of one storey villas, Villa Emma is in a great location. The main beach at Las Cucharas is only a three minute walk away, whilst amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants and bars are also within close proximity.
The villa itself is very private, with a walled terraced garden, complete with private heated pool and ample sun-bathing space. The pool has both electric and solar heating.
The four bedrooms comprise one double room with a king-size bed and three twin rooms (with a cot or additional bed available on request). It has two bathrooms, both fitted with baths and showers. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge is comfortably furnished with leather sofas and has satellite television, a DVD, video and CD player.
Externally, the tiled terraced garden area also has a barbecue, sun-loungers and outdoor furniture for al-fresco dining. Villa Rachel is just next door, furnished and equipped to the same high standard and offers the chance for larger groups of up to sixteen people to be accommodated together.
Beach towels are provided as is a mid week towel change. A maid service, linen change and pool clean are also undertaken on a weekly basis.
