Villa Rachel in Costa Teguise
Villa Rachel is in a peaceful cul-de-sac in the heart of Costa Teguise, combining convenience with peace and quiet. Local amenities, such as a supermarket and restaurants, are only a couple of minutes walk away.
The accommodation is all on one level and comprises four bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the others with twin beds. The two bathrooms have both baths and showers. Whilst the fully fitted kitchen has modern appliances such as a dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge is furnished with leather sofas and comes equipped with satellite TV, a DVD player and CD midi system.
Externally, the villa has a very private walled garden, which is fully tiled and terraced. The swimming pool is electrically and solar heated and there are sunbeds to enjoy the excellent weather. There is also a built-in barbecue and patio furniture for dining outdoors.
Villa Rachel is next door to Villa Emma and the two can be rented together to provide accommodation for up to sixteen people. Beach towels are provided. A weekly linen change and maid service is provided and a mid-week towel change.
