Villa James in Costa Teguise
Villa James is located in a quiet but very central area of Costa Teguise. Local facilities are close to hand, including shops, restaurants and a supermarket. And the main beach at Las Cucharas is only three minutes walk away.
The accommodation comprises four bedrooms, two of which have king-size beds, whilst the other two have twin beds. A cot and/or additional bed are also available. There are two bathrooms, both of which have a shower and a bath. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with appliances such as a washing machine and dishwasher. The living room is comfortably furnished with leather sofas and has satellite TV, a DVD player, video and CD midi system for guests to use.
The garden area is extremely private and ideal for enjoying the sunshine, with sun beds and patio furniture provided. The pool is heated by both solar and electric power. A built-in barbecue gives guests the option to cook outdoors as well.
Beach towels are provided, as is a mid week towel change. Also on a weekly basis there is a pool clean, maid service and linen change.
