Villa Catalana in Costa Teguise
Villa Catalana is a modern two storey villa in a very central area of Costa Teguise. It is enclosed by a walled garden, planted with tropical trees and has a private pool heated by solar and electric power. It also has a Jacuzzi. Local amenities are within walking distance of the villa, as is the main beach in the resort.
The accommodation consists of two bedrooms on the ground floor, a light and airy lounge with dining area that opens via French doors onto the patio and a fully fitted kitchen. There is also a bathroom on this floor.
The upper floor is home to a further three bedrooms, one of which is the master en-suite, with a king-size bed. A further double bedroom and twin bed room are on this floor, which share a full bathroom.
The house also has a games room with a pool table and dart board. Satellite TV and a DVD player are also provided as is an audio system. Internet access can be made available if required. An additional charge is made for use of the Jacuzzi.
Prices are based on four people sharing. Beach towels are provided, as is a mid-week towel change, weekly maid service and linen change.
