Villa Latina in Costa Teguise
Villa Latina is arranged over two floors and provides spacious holiday accommodation. It is in a very central location, only a four minute walk to the main beach in Costa Teguise and also conveniently close to local amenities. Whilst still offering a peaceful environment to relax in.
On the ground floor of the villa can be found two of the three double bedrooms. One of these bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, whilst the other opens via patio doors onto the terrace and pool area. The fully fitted kitchen and spacious living-dining room are also on the ground floor. Facilities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, satellite TV and a DVD player are also included. There is also a WC and a drying area.
The upper floor of the villa has a further three bedrooms - the master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with wetroom style shower. There is also a twin bedroom which opens out onto a balcony and a bedroom with two bunk beds and access to the balcony as well. A further bathroom is located on the upper floor.
The garden is fully tiled and terraced, with the swimming pool heated by electric and solar power and there is also a children's paddle pool. A large covered terrace area provides a shady spot for dining outdoors. The external facilities also include sunbeds and a barbecue.
Prices shown are based on six people sharing. Beach towels are provided. A weekly linen change, pool clean and maid service are also included, with a mid week towel change.
