Villa Rosa in Playa Blanca
This villa is a large two storey accommodation in the Montaņa Roja area of Playa Blanca, and located only a 10 minute walk into the centre and all its amenities.
On the lower floor the villa comprises a comfortably furnished lounge/dining area with leather suite, Sky TV, DVD/CD player, ceiling fans and with doors leading out to the pool area. It has a separate fitted kitchen with full size oven/hob, fridge/freezer and microwave. Leading off from the kitchen you will find the utility room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board and clothes dryer. Also on this floor is a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan, plus a separate shower room.
On the upper floor is the master bedroom which has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan and its own terrace overlooking the pool, there is a further twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and ceiling fan, and a family bathroom with bath and shower over, bidet, etc. A hairdryer is provided to save on the packing.
Outside you have a large terrace where you can relax on the sun loungers or at the table and chairs whilst the chef is rustling up the steaks on the Canarian BBQ, or you can take a dip in your own private 6m x 3m electrically heated swimming pool to escape the hot Lanzarote sunshine. A parasol is provided should you prefer a little shade.
