This beautiful villa is located in the quiet and exclusive residential area of Los Mojones in Puerto del Carmen. The spacious traditional villa has plenty of character, and is situated in a peaceful cul de sac just a short stroll from the harbour and old town square with its abundance of fish restaurants and good selection of shops and bars. The new town with its long sandy beach is approximately 15 minutes walk away and the nearest shopping centre is only a 10 minute stroll.

As you approach, you´ll notice the beautiful gardens, whilst inside you´ll find..................... Entrance hall leading to white rustic style fitted kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer; steps down to lounge area with two large comfy sofas, plasma TV, video/DVD, Sky satellite TV, feature fireplace, wooden patio doors onto the elevated covered terrace; hallway from the kitchen leads to the dining room with large rustic style wooden table and stylish comfortable chairs to seat 8, hostess trolley and wooden patio doors leading to the sun terrace and pool; one twin bedroom and a further double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, ceiling fans and patio doors to the pool area separate bathroom with half size bath/shower, washbasin, toilet; separate shower room with washbasin and toilet.

The oval 11m x 4m pool (electrically heated during the winter months) is surrounded by spacious sun terraces with cushioned sunbeds ideal for soaking up the sun. Gardens and a traditional lava rock wall surround the terraces. Maid service is provided twice weekly (The owner of this villa would like to invite you to free entry for the Guinate Tropical Park).

Normal Season :: £750 First half of December, January, May and June

Mid Season :: £800 November, February, March, April (except Easter), September, October, 1st half July

High Season :: £975 Easter, 2nd half July, August

Christmas/New Year :: £1025 Second half December (but not including returns before Christmas e.g. 15 - 22 Dec)

Prices shown are for 4 people sharing. Plus £85 for every extra person to a maximum of 8 people.
