This newly built modern style detached villa is perfectly located in the very popular Los Mojones area of Puerto del Carmen with the main avenida and beach or the atmospheric old town and harbour a few minutes walk away.
The villa has its own solar heated swimming pool surrounded by open and covered sunbathing terraces and its own portable barbecue.
The two storey accommodation sleeps up to four and comprises: Ground floor: lounge/diner with comfortable leather sofas, Digital TV, DVD player and CD player, patio doors open on to the terrace and pool; well equipped modern kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster; hallway leading to twin bedroom and family bathroom; utility room with washing machine; First floor: marble staircase leading to double bedroom with wooden floor and balcony with views towards the sea; large shower room. Maid service twice weekly.

Prices shown are for 2 people sharing. Plus £60 for every extra person to a maximum of 4 people.
