Villa Jessica offers clients the privacy of a villa with its own pool yet perfectly situated in central Puerto del Carmen only a few minutes walk to the beach, bars and restaurants.
The swimming pool is surrounded by sun terraces and a barbecue with covered seating area and table and chairs. Steps lead up to the main entrance of the villa on the first floor.
The property sleeps up to six people and includes: First floor: dining room with arched entrance leading to a modern fitted kitchen with large fridge, separate freezer, electric oven, electric and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and iron; comfortably furnished lounge with cane furniture, Satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player, audio equipment and picture window with views across Puerto del Carmen to Fuerteventura; two twin bedrooms; one bathroom.
Ground floor: large lounge with patio doors opening out to the pool area; twin bedroom with safe; shower room. The pool is acclimatised during the winter months. Maid service is provided twice weekly.

Prices shown are for 4 people sharing. Plus £85 for every extra person to a maximum of 7 people.
