The accommodation sleeps up to 6 and comprises: Entrance through patio doors to dining area with apex ceiling, dining table and chairs for 6 people, feature window with elevated view; lounge area with comfortable leather sofas, full sky satellite package, flatscreen TV, video player, CD player; American style kitchen with breakfast bar and stools, ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster; utility room with washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board; master bedroom with large fitted wardrobes, double bed, ceiling fan; en suite bathroom with shower/bath, hand basin, toilet; 2 twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, one has pool view and distant sea view; separate bathroom with toilet, shower/bath and hand basin.
The villa looks out onto the rectangular pool with Roman style steps, surrounded by a spacious sun terrace equipped with sunbeds and poolside shower. There is also a shaded area on the upper terrace with patio furniture for al fresco dining and a built in BBQ; ideal for soaking up the view. From February 2009 the property will be fully air conditioned.

Prices shown are for 4 people sharing. An additional £90 per person is charged for extra guests up to six people.
