The accommodation, which is all on one level comprises of a large master double bedroom with mirrored wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom which has both a bath and a separate shower cubical. In addition there is a second double bedroom with en suite shower room, a twin bedroom, which both have fitted wardrobes, and a family bathroom. The spacious living / dining benefits from a feature indoor garden, with skylight and a large picture window with views of the pool terrace. It is comfortably furnished with leather sofas. Entertainment is provided by satellite TV (limited channels) video, DVD player and a stereo system / CD player. There is an independent, modern fitted kitchen equipped with all modern appliances.
Patio doors from the lounge give access to the large covered terrace, with comfy sofa and patio furniture. A portable barbecue is provided for ‘alfresco’ meals. Large sun terraces surround the 7m x 4m T shaped feature swimming pool which does not have a 'shallow end' There is also a poolside shower. Sun beds and a parasol are provided. The villa benefits from distant sea views and has off road parking for two vehicles.
This villa is only available for rental between May - September 2010.
