This Lanzarote villa to rent has the benefit of a gated pool which is heated during winter months, also air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms/lounge. Tucked away off the main road, the entrance to this three bedroom Puerto del Carmen villa leads into the hallway. At the end of the hallway is the open plan lounge/diner which has access to the private pool area, where you will also find the pool and ping pong tables.
The private pool at Villa Oceano has the benefit of being gated. A breakfast bar separates the lounge/diner from the 'L' shaped kitchen and there is also a utility room. The villa has a double bedroom with en suite shower which overlooks the pool plus two twin bedrooms and a separate bathroom. Outside this villa, a pergola shades part of the private terrace. A patio table overlooks the gated, private pool and the terrace has space for sunbeds for relaxing and soaking up the Canarian sunshine. The purpose built BBQ area is to one side making it the perfect place to entertain on your Lanzarote villa holiday. There is only a 3/4 of a mile walk to the beach and only a 500 yard walk to the nearest supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
The Swimming pool is 18ft X 13ft with Roman style steps and is heated during the winter months.
