Situated in a quiet residential area in central Puerto del Carmen, yet only a few minutes walk from the beach and amenities of the lively Avenida de las Playas, this comfortable detached bungalow has its own small garden with private, solar heated swimming pool, built in barbecue and sun bathing terraces to the rear.
The accommodation sleeps 6 and comprises: spacious, attractively furnished lounge with Satellite TV (no card), DVD player and audio equipment, separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar; well equipped kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and iron; hallway leading to 1 double bedroom; 2 twin bedrooms; 1 bathroom with full suite; 1 shower room and toilet. Maid service is provided twice weekly.
