A lovingly restored former fisherman's house, this property is located in the heart of the lovely seaside village of Arrieta. There is a beautiful golden sandy beach, Playa La Garita, at the end of the village, with two tapas bars.
The cottage has been fitted with solar panels and batteries to create an environmentally friendly dwelling. It has stunning views of the sea and the small harbour of Arrieta from the upper floor.
The living space consists of a fitted kitchen, shower room and living room on the ground floor, with an external staircase that leads up from the courtyard to the main bedroom and en-suite bathroom. The cottage can sleep up to five people, with a sofa bed in the living room and a double and single bed in the bedroom upstairs.
